Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Mae's Variety Store offers a variety of products that may be fulfilled by different production partners. Because of this, some orders may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Mae's Variety Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help you investigate the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of delivery and include photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • Your order number

We will work with you to find a resolution.
