Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Accidental orders
  • Minor color variations due to monitor settings

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 4 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mae's Variety Store cannot guarantee replacement or refund. However, we will do our best to help investigate the issue.

Cancellations

You cannot cancel your order if it includes personalized items. If your order includes standard catalog items with no personalization, you can cancel as long as printing hasn't begun. Once printing has begun, cancellation requests will be denied. 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. No exceptions.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
